About FoodGuessr

FoodGuessr is a free browser game about placing food. Classic shows a dish and asks for the country. Cuisine Match shows a country and asks for the dish. Plate-Off compares two editorial scores. Guess the food by emoji drops the photo and keeps the name.

The catalog is a fixed set of plates with original photographs, ingredient lines, and one country each. Distance in Classic uses an interior point per country and a 6,371 km Earth radius. Plate-Off scores are written for the game. They are not a player poll. The How to play page has the scoring formula.
